Its a matter of cost cost cost and realistic goals.I had to change my diet plan because it is easier and cheaper to adhere to the atkins diet opposed to the 17 day diet.But there are some great habits I have gained from doc's diet.wish me luck on this new plan. BTW-last time i was on atkins i lost over 40 lbs probably more :)

Best of luck on Atkins!! I've never tried it myself, but I hear good things. I like my carby bread too much to give it up... :D

Jada-I KNOW!!That IS my greatest weakness,my "achilles heel"-bread bread bread!!!For example I prefer buttered rolls to chocolate any day.lol.I just need to find a happy medium where i take only one roll and not the entire package.haha

Haha. Don't mention buttered rolls. XD I can't be trusted near them. Mmm. Love the sunbeam french rolls with a good amount of butter on top, the it like crisps the tops of the roll in the oven. Yeah..it's time for me to cook dinner. XD I stuck with calorie counting and finding healthier choices/alternatives to what I was eating. And portion control. Tonight's menu is a 3ish oz. turkey burger with lettuce, grape tomatoes, and italian cheeses on a light wheat bun. Oh and veggie straws (healthy potato chip straw things). Mmmm. :)

Your descprition of the roll has me panting and salivating.AH can't wait til easter.I've already given myself a few freebie days:easter,my kids bdays and my bday.That way i dont go totally mad and have something to look forwward to :)And ur dinner sounds like a VERY reasonable meal.I want to be like that after I get to a reasonable weight.
