Family on vacation did reasonlble well but did not excercise but one day for 1 hhour-long walk jog on beach. I am going to challange myself to do the 30 minutes a day starting today-even if it is just a walk around parking lot on bread at work. I am happy that my weight is SLOWLY going down but I have learned that is how I do best-I want to keep logging food no matter how bad I eat. It really keeps me aware.
