Day 4 of T25. Feels so good when it's over and such an accomplishment. Also, since saturday I've been trying to eat within an 8 hour window. I'm never hungry and almost forgot to eat all day, which has been a great change and I can see it all coming together.. Working out in the evenings seems to be helping me not eat late at night. Stick with it! :)
