Ugh inflammation up! Macros were great. Can’t take Lasix due to taking it yesterday. Will try to eat less calories more protein. I will be walking as I did yesterday. Walking causes inflammation. Hoping my dr figures this out soon. Attitude of gratitude! 🌈🌈💜💜
