I haven't been as diligent in tracking my calories and snacking too often. I feel tired all the time and haven't been moving enough. I know I can do this. I'm starting again tldya for a healthier me. I'm making a plan I can stick to for the next week and then I'm going to take it one day at a time. I know this will take time and I know I have to do this for me.
