Way to go MR HK3 - nice drop. How is the muscle building going ? Pretty good I imagine since you are tenacious !!! (Tenacity is a good quality)

It will be a long process, but being able to actually see progress is quite the motivator. I’ll be happy staying in this weight range for a while…I just can’t shake the thought of this extra fat I have laying around. I know it will resolve with time…resisting the temptation to take my weight lower. That would be counterproductive to my modest muscle gain goals.
