Good morning FS family! Finally the scale went the other way! I haven’t been posting much because I wasn’t happy with what has been happening with my weight. I have been having a hard time staying on track since Halloween. These holidays are harder than I thought they would be and the days in between. Going to celebrate my birthday this weekend with my fiancé and kids. Another cheat meal or more I’m sure! Have a great day guys! 🌞

Happy birthday to you! 🎶 You have come so far! These holidays are a definite challenge, but a little preplanning can really help. Like drinking extra water (especially right before eating) and using a smaller plate to dish up. Simple little things that help you to feel fuller and more in control of the situation and yet allow you to enjoy the festivities. Wishing you fun times and happy moments. 💕💯
