It just occurred to me,
that my weight is my choice.
what I choose to eat, is always MY choice.
Yesterday I noticed my weight was increasing 2 days in a row.
So, instead of eating two or three cookies, I ate a half pint of Doube Rainbow Coconut Sorbet, 268 calories.
Today, out of curiosity, I looked up 100g of Donut: 474 calories and 31g fat!
Well TWO bananas would only be 178 calories.
