BF est 7.8%

Had the usual post-weekend uptick, which happens every Monday morning, for reasons I don't always understand....my diet yesterday was pretty normal. I don't think those 3 triscuits smeared with almond butter that I had for a nighttime snack could account for a huge fluctuation :)
