The last 2 weeks have been totally OFF THE RAILS! 2 days of testing for Echo dog. 3rd day we had to euthanize her due to cancer. Thursday was my right Breast biopsy. The following Tuesday was 2.5 hour trip for hubby's Colonoscopy back same day day. They removed 7 polyps, waiting for pathology. Wednesday was trip back to Doc. for biopsy results. Biopsy was negative but the radiology was suspicious. Now I have to have a lumpectomy in January. Thanksgiving on Thursday with extended family. Brain knows that I have a multitude of things to be THANKFUL for. Gut is not on board yet. Nothing tasted as good as I expected, but I ate alot of everything. I am now even more fully aware FOOD IS NOT THE ANSWER! Didn't make me feel a bit better, just guilty for self-sabotage. Time to get it together and eat better to feel better! Cleaning out the fridge this afternoon.
