It's not as bad as I was expecting. Now it's just working it out until I get to where I was. I have been having some sleep issues. For now, I will only do indoor cycling and I'll resume weight training/ callisthenics when I get that normalized :). I think I won't be logging the food from the past day but I'm still not sure (the written information is a little incomplete and that makes it kind of pointless).
That climb you see on my weight graph, that's the best example of exercise VS no exercise :) It doesn't get any clearer than that heheh.
