So this isn't what I wanted to see on the scale today but it just means I'll have to push harder. I haven't been less than 90kgs in 5 years so why did I think I'll be able to wish the weight off in just 2 months. This lifestyle will have its ups and downs literally but I'm going to keep pushing.

hey girl. do t worry too much about it. our bodies change and we sometimes Don know why. rather focus in hitting your macros and being happy about that than looking at the scale. because you can control that.
