I kind of figured I'd hit a plateau but no worries. I had some good losses in weeks past so I know I'm on the right track. The last shirts I bought had one X and not two so it's all good. I am still shooting for that 220 lbs. mark for my cruise on May 16th. Workouts are now a part of my day and if I miss one I just double up the next day. I did yard work yesterday and weighed afterwards. I was at 223.6 which I knew was water weight. I went out to eat with my son and his wife last night and had a cheeseburger and an apple ale. That might have done me in but I will work out harder today and lose that I'm sure. (note to Rob: I went back and read your message. Thanks for the encouraging words.) (note to Bill have fun on your trip you can workout later YOLO. You have your priorities right.) OK off to work out and cut more grass today.
One more thing. I have landed a job playing bass full time. We will be doing about 175 jobs a year. I am working out a notice and should start late June early July.
