I'm back...
Unfortunately I'm back with an upward spike.
The last two days of off routine eating, lady issues and stomach issues seems to be taking a toll. I do expect once the last two issues sort them selves out that my weight will as well.
I was tempted to add some flax to my food but that always leads to a spike. so i will just wait the weight out :-)
other than that I had a great trip, had some awesome (and low carb) food! only one dish I was a bit uncertain about so I may have knocked myself out of ketosis. nothing a few days fasting and strict eating can't solve.
