having a "fat" day.My chin and face is monstrously fat.Unable to look in the mirror.I'm looking at the scale like "i'm 225 lbs fat" and not saying 'wow-I'm 35 lbs thinner.'I think I'm letting the stresses in my life affect me.Its just a downer day :( .Im trying to be self affirming but that little sneaky voice with the negative thoughts in the back of my head needs a serious bitch slap!lol.One hard thing tho-is that usually on a stressful down day I used comfort food to make myself feel better.It's hard not to cave into a bag of chips or pint of ice cream.My deterrent has been to drink a glass of water.But,good lord! At this rate I'm about ready to float away.lol.Hope and pray that tomorrow is better.
