I'm weigh loss in a halt. Eating well, training but still very slow changes in the scale. 😔

same here...but I think it because we close to goal...those last few take forever...

I think you are right it's harder and takes longer! But I read here that consistency is the key and I'm sticking to it. 😁

Both of you are doing tremendously well. My advice is, don’t worry about the number on the scale. Just stick to your lifestyle. Eventually you will both hit goal weight. Enjoy your journey, you’re both healthy, so that’s one of the main goals I’m sure you both have 🤗🤗

@fatgirlslim...thank you for the kind, comforting words....it's a constant battle even close to goal or at goal...hence better to enjoy the journey..

@lessthan15, if only we can just enjoy the journey, then being thin would be easy 😂 it’s definitely a constant battle. I’ve been there and I just self sabotage. It was way easier when I had less responsibilities. Stress is the biggest culprit.

I'm not that close to goal (+- 13kgs to go) and having the same experience .. trying to figure it all out as I follow all the rules consistently every day all day.. a bit of a stickler like that.
