Holding steady. Still trying to figure out balance. Ive been making a green protein smoothie but its not really helping my in the mornings so Ive been kinda sipping it though the day and still eating breakfast. It HAS been helping curb snacking so I guess thats a plus. And, without it I wouldnt be getting very much protein. Ive tried to make a few different kinds of protein drinks but its not happening.

I had yesterdays lunch today and my salad was all soggy but I still ate it. Were going to a fancy taco joint tonight so Im trying to keep it low during the day so I can enjoy a margarita tonight!
