Slept 5 hrs last night but very poor sleep as I woke up constantly. To bed 234am. To sleep 302am. Awake with alarm 800am.

B 922am: RR porridge, raspberries, Flax, sunflower seeds, yogurt, coffee, 2 water
L 1256pm: whole wheat tortilla, egg salad, cucumber, cos lettuce, paprika, 2 water
D 553pm: Hi protein beany pasta, feta cheese, 2 water
Sn 531pm: 2 banana oatmeal toast, 2 tsp butter, 4 prunes, Balderson aged cheddar, coffee, 2 water
Sn 130am: 8 cups popcorn binge (added to tomorrows breakfast)

66g Protein, 1603mg Sodium, 24.8g Fibre, 1392 Calories, 10 cups water
