First week back to counting calories on here. Been away from the site for about a year so getting back in the routine. Still at 205lbs after one week of working out and eating better. Hope to see mt weight start to drop by this time next week.

Me too, Jeff. Went to my nephew's baptism and was appalled at how much bigger I am than the last time the family saw me, so I too hope to see a drop by this time next week. It's the drops -- no matter how small -- that inspire me to keep going. Keep up the good work and stick to that routine!
