So... weight is again perfectly flat against the last few days.
This is perfectly fine with me... hoping the next movement will be a downwards won.

Yesterday I got my new tattoo done and I seriously thought last night that with the cortisol spike which i most likely had yesterday that for sure there would be a bit of spike today in the weight. but luckily not.

back to my normal IF'ing today... i ate till a bit later yesterday as i felt my body needed a bit of extra energy.

I did have to silently cringe when getting my tattoo done and they kept urging me to eat sweets because "the sugar is good for you".

Did anyone ever not connect the dots that when there is an emergency we search for protein bars, not sugar bars.

strange...
