The past weeks havw have been so hard trying to establish a work life balance, from being a full time employee working overtime, not getting enough hours of sleep, not having time to go gym and having to study on top of that . Hence the weight gain in a very short space of time☹️ I need to come up with a strategy before I go back to where I started.
