I agree with Olga. I think is just water. 2 other options that could be - you went much lower calories or much lower sodium. Both you need to start decreasing slowly or your body will think is under stress and start storing preparing you for fight/flight/freeze (mentioned something about that on my last diary post). Or if you want to keep it at that much lower levels - expect your body to play stubborn with you and fluctuate around a certain weight until understands that that is the new way.

And grammalaura I want to mention something about food labels. Was - I think - about 6 years ago. At that time I was on keto (going through the mid life 'crisis' my body seems to have switched from keto to more veggie - now is giving me hard time is I try keto = darn hormones, makes everything so complicated). Anyway, I was using the app at that time too. And to make things easier - I was (and still am) just scanning the code bar on the items. I had my preferred bacon but I couldn't find it for few weeks. So, I picked another one that according to the label was similar. I was busy so didn't scan it - just logged it as being the same as before. But I start packing weight - and for the life of me I couldn't figure out why. Finally one calmer day I scan the code on the label. Surprise, surprise that code was coresponding and register legally with another bacon by the same company. That bacon I was buying (after checking on google) had quite more sugar and salt. My advise, if you can - scan the bar code on a food label and through this app or just google make sure that the information matches. While 90% of the companies don't do such thing you still may find 10% of them having a false label. After that I found few more such wrong lebels. And no I didn't dig to see if I could put a complain. Was a very busy time of my life and didn't have time to deal with it more than just keep and eye on the labels. What I eat now I didn't find any such mistake yet..
