B:700am: 2 slices homemade banana oatmeal bread, water
L 1242pm: 1 whole grain toast, chicken & chickpea filling, decaf coffee, water
D 628pm: 6 small beef meatballs in a stir-fry of mushrooms, onions, zucchini, chickpeas, grape tomatoes, dill weed, hot sauce & pepper with quinoa & kimchi on side, water
Sn 809pm: 1 banana oatmeal bread homemade, soaked with 1 egg white, vanilla, 1/2 tsp brown sugar, 40g plain 2% yogurt. Microwaved for 45 seconds to become a banana pudding, decaf coffee, water
