It may look like my weight has been seesawing and 5lbs in 3 days seems impossible, but when you've been eating garbage and then you go full out detox, this is what you get. That's okay, I'm feeling better. Not ideal to lose so much weight in such little time, but I think I was expelling lots of water and unloading quiet a backfill of garbage foods. So, in the last 3 days, I've been eating nothing but whey protein, veggies, and/or lean chicken breast to effect this dramatic weight loss, which is actually not that dramatic. Again, it's just releasing all the garbage (trans fat, sodium, pop) I've been eating over the last several days prior to getting back on track. It's all been sitting in my gut, and with someone like me that has certain specific IBS issues relating to the inability to digest certain foods, this is normal.

So, the last 3 days have been good, but I haven't been strength training in over a week. Not good, but I just didn't have the time. I don't care what anyone says. When life is busy, it's busy. You can't make up new hours in the day. You have to settle with the 24 hours you're given. So yes, I've been busy with life. Squeezing in a session under stress and fatigue will only get me injured. So no. Luckily I have time tomorrow, so back to it. Then, I should be ok to get back on to my plan next week as well.
