Today marks 8 weeks since I've started calorie counting and it really works! I'm 5.3kg down since 3 Sep! I wasn't sure at first if such small changes to my diet would make a difference but clearly it does. According to my initial calcs of losing 500g per week, I should reach 65 by end of Jan 2022. I'm just so happy that I can start seeing results. Thank you FS community for all the support. Happy long weekend all!
