The scale did not say nice things to me this morning, but as I thought based on my review of my food journals for last week, I am not surprised. DH has his birthday today, so hope to get home a little early tonight so I can make him his special dinner and not feel rushed.

Hey Babs - that's the good thing about this site, you can go back and see where you went wrong and correct it and move on from there. Have a lovely dinner with your DH :)

Happy Birthday to your DH. We all have our slip ups. You recorded those cookies, etc., so you are being honest with your food journaling. That is a big key. You will get there, I just know it.
