I gained .4 oz at yesterdays weigh in. I'm not too happy about that, but I guess it could be worse. My counselor said it could be because I ate out yesterday, but I ate what was on their list?? So I don't know. I just gotta keep going, cause I still have alot more weight to go.
92.7 kg 지금까지 감소한: 3.9 kg.    남은양: 11.1 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 100%.

You have done great Brandi, don't fret. It will come off, but what I noticed is that we HAVE to get in all of our foods or we don't lose the weight, which that is still weird to me. I gained a lot more than that, just keep truckin...you are doing great, also, anytime you eat dinner or lunch out somewhere, I always drink an extra 32 oz of water and do the hot lemon water.

You are losing weight. I agree with balonzo about eating all the foods, drinking extra water and doing the hot lemon water. Don't look back, look towards your goal. You will get there.

Thanks ladies! You know I never really thought about drinking the extra water if I eat out. Duhh! I just thought since it was on my restaurant list, that I would be ok. It is very strange that we have to get all our foods in, in order to loose. How ironic, huh? I thought eating all day wouldn't be a problem, but sometimes, I'm full and cant eat no more, and I miss a fruit or veggie. I guess I need to change up my eating routine.
