147.4 today. I'm surprised (no BM this morning either). I have been really stressed out the past 2 days and thought I would be up again today, at least a little. Didn't get in my veggies yesterday at all. I didn't even care. Was in a BAD mood yesterday. :( Still spotting, so I will go ahead and have my period this week.

Waist at 30" pooch is at 32.5" so it is finally going down, too (and without exercise, which is an amazing sign!). Usually it is 33". Think I'm going to skip milk/yogurt and add beans instead, and go between 33 and 35 NC right now. I am really missing beans and my vegetarian meals. Plus, if I can have hummus I will eat more veggies because I like to dip red, yellow, and orange peppers in hummus. And cucumbers sometimes. Yum! I will go back and add milk and yogurt in a week or two.
