Finally! Broke through that plateau!
Even though I stayed the same weight since October, it's only been the last 2 months that I really committed to break through. It was a frustrating time, but the discipline finally paid off.
Hoping those last 4 to goal don't go as rough, but as of today I can celebrate.
I thought about celebrating with some sort of favorite indulgence today, but I think I'll go buy a new gym outfit instead :-)
