Slight blip up, but to maintain a level of decency, lets just say that I feel slightly...ummm... blocked? My stomach has felt fairly unsettled the last day, so I'm going to put this down mainly to that.

Food wise all is going fine, my body is feeling pretty good at the moment. I'm noticing a general decrease in my appetite.

My calories seem to be on track as well, daily still staying between 1000-1,100 for my error margin.

I just found out my parents are probably coming to visit in June which means that I want to look extra my best. So thats going to be the next motivator :)
