Another good loss this week. Adding a morning 2 mile walk (3.2 on weekends) has really helped - averaged 13k steps a day. It also makes me hungrier so I have fruit/Greek yogurt around 10am. Finally sleeping better. It’s taken several months but so worth it!! Apple Watch came and the display size jump from 3 to 7 is crazy big! I’m loving all the info I can on the screen but the best part is the quick charge.
