Good Morning, It is going to be a beautiful day and I am pleased as I do show some weight loss. I have to keep reminding myself that this is a lifestyle. I was thinking this morning that once my body says this is as far as I go or I decide that the weight I am at is good for me how will this be different that what I am doing. I was thinking what would be the correct calorie maintaince for me. Well I never did figure it out and really do not need to know right now. It is one of those things that just confuse you and put your focus on the wrong things.
My goal is and has been to feel good and have the energy to do the things I want to do. The weight loss is a bonus. I have that in my head and now it must become part of my emotions. Well I have rambled long enough. Have a Great Day.

It is amazing how difficult it is to shift our thinking and emotions isn't it? I do hope in time it becomes a bit more natural for us ... rather than focusing so much on "all" or "nothing", worries about scale fluctuations, and retaining our "fat" body image. Let's just continue the journey and learn from all the twists and turns, hills and valleys, and focus on enjoying ourselves along the way!!!
