Yes. There was one spicey garlic flavored that I put in some ground turkey and added to some pasta. As far as the rest of the meals they are just chicken broccoli rice, eggs rice and tilapia. Some oats with yogurt and protein powder.and a couple almond butter and orange marmalade sandwiches at the end of the day. Just basic easy to make stuff.
