Lowest readings yet on both the scale and the Omron....that's fine for the body fat estimate, I dunno about the weight. Still trying to find the maintenance calorie level...

Dude...must be that P90X at work already! Just keep adding an extra 100 calories (good calories) here and there and it should eventually level off. But since you started P90X you are unleashing a whole new stress to your body and that may transform it in ways you didn't expect. Keep it up bud!

Yeah, I thought I had leveled off, but I guess not. I'll be doing what you suggest, since...what else can I do? Just gotta keep eating more somehow, and inch it up until I finally break even. It would be a lot easier if I could just chow down on junk!
