well intermittent fasting has been surprisingly easy. once I got over the initial hunger in the morning and not stuffing my face after 8pm it's easy. lol. it takes time. I have to forgive myself if I eat a small off track food and try to get back on track as quickly as possible. it's like a AA meeting.....one day at a time. (any anonymous meeting😉)
