I guess Im not doing something right for my weight to be going up. I havent been very active the past few days so maybe my cals are set too high for that. I signed up for the gym last night but ended up curled up on my bed. Thats two days in a row that I just didnt have the energy, mentally or physically, to do anything.
Going to the gym tonight although I either have a muscle spasm or I slept wrong. Since I work for a company that holds sporting events, I snagged a tennis ball to try to alleviate the pain but it only works for a minute and then its back. I guess Ill try some ibuprofen too. Thats probably the more logical thing than sitting here with my head cocked to the side.

It could be a lot of things causing the fluctuation! Drinking more water the day prior, having something high sodium causes you to retain water (ie, weight), maybe you haven’t 💩 yet, or, it could’ve just been because bodies are weird and change everyday. Don’t let this little weight gain discourage you, just keep working and it and you got this 💪🏻
