I will enter last week's weight for right now. I did not work out Saturday because I was out of town for a two night gig. I also came down with a bad cold that kept me out of commission for Monday and Tuesday. I love working out now and it really bummed me out. I felt better Wednesday so I was able to get in a workout plus I worked in the yard moving some trees my brother and I had cut down. The yard work was a pretty good work out to tell you the truth.Plus six hours of driving has to count for something. LOL I weighed yesterday and was still at 237 so I am recording that for now.I have no way of weighing in today because my wife and I are on a small vacation to the mountains of NC and the cabin does not have a set of scales. I'll just weigh when I get home and change my weight then. Hey it's vacation and I want to have a good stress free time but I did not want to get careless. On a positive note, I did not go over my calories yesterday.
