September is birthday month in our extended family. Not recording food intake in birthday month is a big no-no. I am also wondering if my body is having a reaction after the recovery demands of surgery as I have not eaten any take away, bread or potatoes in this time. Must be @ll down to serving sizes, wine and birthday cakes. Back to the app‼️‼️‼️💥
