Not feeling good emotionally and physically as have a bit raised temperature.
Sunday evening due to emotional stress ate up all I had at home - oat bread, cheese, eggs and finally - also plums in chocolate. I thought this will increase my wight a lot, but not so bad - staying stable. No gym yesterday, so it will be hard to lose kgs.
69.2 kg 지금까지 감소한: 19.8 kg.    남은양: 7.2 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

sometimes the body needs time to restore, and screams for it. Take your time, do a little yoga or other easy physical exercises. Ease down in your head, give yourself some slack. I know it sometimes feels as if one week of overendulgence will gain you everything right back, but the body doesn't work like that... Just as soon as you feel up to it, step right back into that saddle! i'll be here to root for you!
