No real change in weight this week. However, my clothes continue to get more loose. I've been increasing my weight training because I enjoy it. It gives me a reason to go to the gym if I don't necessarily feel up to cardio that day. Once I'm there, I usually figure what the heck and get on the elliptical or something.

I did have a few days where exercise wasn't a priority and eating is still touch and go. I had some hormonal changes that really affected everything from my energy level, concentration, and bathroom activies.

Right now I'm trying to regulate my hormones naturally. I've been on hormonal BC since I was 15 in an attempt to regulate my hormones (I once had a cycle for 3 months straight!). Since then I have been on so many different types of BC but none of them were able to 100% solve my problems. After some significant issues with headaches, nausea, cystic acne, etc. about a month ago, I went off of the medication I was on and decided to try natural hormonal control. I'm on Vitex right now and already I've seen a reduction in headaches and acne. The acne is huge for me since I'm in my late twenties and have a job were I come face to face with so many people. I just need to get the bathroom situation solved if I want to continue eating my 5 a day. Right now, it's just not possible! So I'm gonna eat as much as I feel I can stomach in the meantime.

Hopefully, since I'll be in the field the majority of the week, I'll be able to move around more and keep to a lower calorie count. I'll aim for 1600-1700 this week.
