Scale at Dr.‘s office today shows weight 12 kgs heavier (Yikes!)
That’s quite a shocker. My home scale doesn’t have a way to calibrate to that, so I’m just going to keep on tracking with mine. It still shows a trend which is what I am after anyway. (And maybe it’s his scale that’s wrong 😁)

Actually it might be true, too! My specialist has a balance scale that’s pretty close to mine. I’m goin’ with it 😁

Yes it is; nearly 27 pounds. I was shocked; then discouraged; then I realized that it doesn’t change the amount of weight I have already lost so it doesn’t *really* matter. It may change my final goal but that’s a long way off anyway. I haven’t done less well just because that number is different!

You could ask the nurse about it. If it's way off, they should know. I'm sure other people notice.

I did mention it. She didn’t seem that interested. It’s just a cheap little digital scale like most of us have in our bathrooms.
