Excellent drop this morning. I knew if I stay disciplined that this drop Woodcalm, right around the 5 to 6 week mark of big changes in my diet. Staying consistent, not over eating, and keeping up a 500 to 700 cal deficit per day routine is netting it’s Rewards.
