Have I hit my stress/emotional eating wall? I think so.

Work is cray. Im understaffed and over worked and I cant keep up. My FIL's visitation was this weekend (he passed in November from Covid and we were trying to wait for all family to be able to make it, and then they couldnt come anyway). So I have so much food left over and Im trying to figure out ways to make it work for us.

This week Im trying to log everything. I have to stop with the sugar because Im like a beast right now. I need to get back to the gym. I bowled this weekend and I feel like Im 100yrs old now. No way should that knock me down. Time to get myself back on track. Slow is ok, as long as Im moving in the right direction.
