GAINED 6 lbs.I've been sitting on that fact for the past week, not wanting to OWN it.But there,it's out there now-recorded in my weight journal-I am owning it!!!BLEH! I am ok with it,because I have been off my diet.Doesnt mean I have gone hog wild=I still have limits and counting my carb/fat/cal. intake but I have introduced my love of cheese and cookies.Last nite I had 2 slices of pizza and half a strawberry cupcake(oh my gosh i almost passed out it was so good lol).Today I am eating a footlong subway for lunch/supper. This was the plan.I mean the cycle 3 part of the 17day diet did call for including more foods.I may have stepped outside thw guidelines but I really just wanted a taste of my favorites before I go back to the strict cycle 1 tomorrow. I am also,planning on being more attentive to recording my food and exercise.So here we go again !!!!weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeweeeeeeee-LOL
