Hi 145 Allday, you are right I've been fighting my weight since I was 12 years old..but in my teens I was a bit more fit conscious. Aerobic, swimming, ice skating ( well sort of) 🤣😅😂. Aqua Aerobic, the gym etc. Now it's just walking but I work as a cleaner so that helps. My mother ran a healthy slimming clinic, I used to look at her and say " Mummy how can you run a slimming clinic when you are big?" She used to reply of course I can, nobody wants to be fat like me bless her she was so funny. ( it worked) . Anyway 145 All day. Take care and keep going down!!. Merry Mel.
