Surprised the weigh-in was at 151.0, since the scale was at 157 before I went to bed last night...the daily fluctuations seem to be getting even larger now that I'm both eating more and more often, and doing the more intense exercise.
Not feeling too bad from the plyometrics yesterday. I think. I still feel kind of sick though. I don't think that's from the workout, anyway....
