Here we go, it's been a year since I had my son.

I dropped over 20kg in the first 4 months after his birth thanks to breastfeeding. But thanks to the hunger breastfeeding causes, the constant snacking triggered my binge eating and I've steadily gained 10 kgs back.

I'm not looking to go low carb or cut out anything, I just want to keep check of my binge eating. Which is currently out of hand.

I'm a mom, so whatever my son doesn't eat I somehow eat. If he offers me a bite of his snack, I will take a bite (he knows the difference between a fake bite and a real one) and I'm not going to count those as calories or log them. That's life, and I won't stop living that part just so I can loose weight and also miss out on the smile on his face.

So, let's see where this takes us?
