I have been struggling to lose weight for the last 4 years. Before that I could lose weight quite easily. I have no confidence and have felt very frustrated as nothing seems to work. Then I found this app💃👏🍾. I have been reading all your posts which has been so encouraging and I don't feel alone. Thank you so much
