Day 2! Woke up kind of late but still got it done. 237.2lbs! The lowest I’ve been all year. It took a lot of me to not eat my feelings and emotions last month. Being able to control them allowed me to push through that TOTM that always seems to add upwards of 7lbs on me.

I downloaded Happy Scale. Its an app for daily weighers who like to track fluctuations in their weight. I personally don’t recommend it if you’re going to be focused only on the number on the scale instead of overall health.

I’m not sure what’s for lunch today but that wrap I had yesterday was delicious, might have to make another one. 😋
