Slept 6.7hrs last night. To bed 215am. To sleep 240am. Awake 915am.

L 300pm: cucumber pepper salad with 1 boiled egg & .75 tbsp ranch dressing, coffee, water
S 608pm: 1 Naan, cucumber tuna salad, grated cheddar, water
Sn 1030pm: cucumber tuna salad, 23 stoned wheat crackers, water

One of these days, eventually I will start going down again...but when?
I took 3 photos of myself today, front, side & back in a bathing suit I have that is waaaay too small. Now to be brave enough to post them here. I regret not taking 3 photos when I was my heaviest on May 25, 2021, at 48 lbs heavier.
